Posted on: 21 Sep 2014 - 10:19Today's 2 minute exercise challenge utilises a bench (could use a chair, step, sofa etc): - 1 minute of Tricep Dips on the bench seat, Followed by, - 1 minute of jumping legs forwards and backwards whilst holding ourselves off the bench seat. Give it a go. Great arm, Leg & cardio workout. Only takes 2 minutes, does not need much room and no equipment. Have you planned your training days and prepared your meals? Another week of opportunity is here. Opportunity to achieve a Personal Best, to try a new sport, to give a new exercise a go etc. Grasp it and seize every opportunity. Don't stand still. Give it a go. Great arm, Leg & cardio workout. Only takes 2 minutes, does not need much room and no equipment. Health & fitness tips
Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.
