NUTRITIOUS HOMEMADE SMOOTHY

- 1/2 Apple
- 1/2 Pear
- 1 banana
- Handfuls of grapes, blueberries, raspberries
- Handful of Almonds
- 1-2 Tbs of natural Greek Yogurt
- Water

Blend until smooth.

Use whatever fruits you like/prefer. Mix it up for variety.

Delicious and tasty. Healthy and nutritious. Lots of colour, low in fat, great energy source and protein. Quick to prepare, make and consume.

Great for breakfast.
