BIAbox

The following is from Rob Montgomerie, MD of UK based fitness equipment manufacture BIA Fitness (www.biafitness.co.uk), which is about to launch a innovative new BIAbox onto the international fitness market:

"I'm really excited about bring the BIAbox to the home fitness market. It cleverly combines 5 different pieces of fitness equipment in to one to save people money, and makes Plyometric jumps accessible because its also space saving. The design is rugged and simple, meaning there is no fiddly adjustment between different exercises saving you time in a busy world. The BIAbox is a multi-use bodyweight strength & fitness frame that allows the user to perform up to forty different exercises in one compact product.

Other than its patented design, the really unique part of the BIAbox is that it has graphic instructions to help inspire and motivate the user, so you cant lose the instructions. But there are so many exercises you can do, we couldn't fit them all on the panels, so each side has its own web page where you can find extra exercises and video demos of how to do each exercise.

My favourite exercise is 'Single leg assisted pistol squats', as it challenges your core, develops strength, improves balance and flexibility, and gets me really out of breath very quickly! Other favourites are 28 inch box jumps and Full dips, great for power and strength."

The following is a link to a video of the BIAbox and explains what it is:

As a Personal Trainer and Fitness enthusiast I am a big fan of creating innovative workouts that do not take much time, require much equipment and that get us a great workout. This is something that the BIAbox seems to do. I am looking forward to working out with one myself.

High 5,

Matt
