TODAY'S 2 MINUTE EXERCISE CHALLENGE using 2 water bottles:

- 1 minute of squats with bicep curls (squat down & bicep curl the water bottles)

Followed by

- 1 minute of overhead Tricep extensions with water bottle in each hand

Great whole body workout. Only takes 2 minutes, does not need much room and no equipment. Stretch too.
