The Best Exercise Bikes from Reviews.com

I  was pleased when Lexi Watkins from Reviews.com contacted me to see whether I would be interested in sharing the extensive and detailed research they had done on exercise bikes, with the aim of finding which is the 'best' one. Review.com has conducted the research by looking at 157 different exercise bikes and chosing the 16 'best' to review based on 53 features. As Review.com say "The best exercise bikes on the market deliver the functionality and adjustability most users need to get a quality workout".

Review.com chose the 'best' exercise bike by focusing on:

- Warranty Features (Brakes, Electronics, Frame, Labour Parts)

- Display Features (Calories Burned, Distance, Heart Rate, Resistance Level, RPM, Speed, Workout Time)

- Frame Design Features (Adjustable Handlebars, Adjustable Pedals, Adjustable Seat, Resistance, Step-thru Frame, Transport Wheels)

- Console Features (Heart Rate Monitor, Mecia Tray, Water Bottle Holder)

- Support Features (Email, Live Chat, Phone, Social Media)

- Workout Programs (Fat Burn, Hills, Intervals, Manual, Other, Strength)

The results of their research was that:

1) Best Overall Bike - Diamondback 510SR Fitness Recumbent Bike

2) Best For Recumbent Riders  - Diamondback Fitness 510Ic Adjustable Indoor Cycle,

Schwinn 250 Recumbent Exercise BikeSchwinn A20 Recumbent Bike

3) Best For Indoor Cycles  - Keiser M3 Indoor Cycle, Horizon Fitness M4 Indoor Cycle

4) Best For Upright Riders - Schwinn 125 Upright Bike, Stamina Magnetic Upright 5325 Exercise Bike

It seems the 'best' Exercise Bike is personalised to each person and must provide the functionality and adjustability to enable the users to get a great workout..
