Online Training

My online Personal Training services use Skype, FaceTime, Phone Calls, Email to communicate, interact and coach you to achieve your goals.
This includes:
- Initial consultation (health status, goals, exercise history, fitness levels etc) using Skype, Phone Call, FaceTime etc. 
- Designing you a detailed, bespoke, personalised and progressive workout plan tailored for you that I email to you
- Food diary and nutritional plans to match your goals emailed to you
- Regular catch up calls using Skype, FaceTime, Messenger, Phone to track, check and monitor progress
 - 1-to-1 (and small group) sessions via Skype and FaceTime which you can do in the 'comfort' of their home whilst I instruct, train and motivate you.
Online training means I can provide a professional, detailed, focused, challenging and enjoyable service to you anywhere in the world.
I can create a personalised package to suit your individual needs and requirements.
